My recent trip to Ghana was one of research, spiritual growth, and reconnection with mother Africa.

I was on a quest to find the indigenous seed oils of Ghana. Herbs and leaves are very well known, however, oils are still an area of growth.

Baobab seed Oil – Historically known as the Tree of Life, this tree can live up to 6000 years, every part of the tree has a use, it can hold up to 100,00 litres of water in its trunk, which is used in times of drought.

Baobab seed oil is rich in omega 3,6 & 9 fatty acids, vitamin A, D and E, it’s highly effective for nourishing hair and moisturising skin. It may help to support immunity.
