My recent solo travel trips to Ghana, Namibia,Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, and Zimbabwe were full of research, spiritual growth, and reconnection with mother Africa.
I was on a quest to find the indigenous seed oils of Ghana, the ancestral Omumbiri Namibian Myrrh from Namibia, the highly sought-after Tanzanian Clove and the sweet aroma’s of Rwandan Eucalyptus, and Rwandan Rosemary essential oil. This was an incredible journey of seeking out and meeting the local people, who shared their traditional customs and plant medicine knowledge with me.
