Define & clarify your heart-centered mission so you enter this work with a strong sense of vision and direction.
Ground into the most aligned version of your work so you can create from a deeply rooted place.
Declare a Mission Statement for your work with Circle so you can approach it confidently, consistently and with purpose.

PILLAR 3 – HOW TO FACILITATE YOUR SPACE

The Healing Heart Framework: you will learn this powerful facilitation framework so you can create safe boundaries and beautifully heartfelt spaces.
Learn powerful tools & techniques so that you can become an accomplished facilitator.
Designing your space: how to create a space with clarity, intention and personal power.

PILLAR 4 – BECOMING A CONFIDENT FACILITATOR

Developing the skills and inner confidence to respond to almost any situation that arises within your Circle.
How to trust your intuition whilst facilitating.
Group Facilitation Practice and feedback so you get to flex your facilitation muscles in a supportive environment.
Feedback and Support on your facilitation so you can go on to hold your spaces with clarity and confidence.

PILLAR 5: TAKING YOUR CIRCLE FROM IDEA OF REALITY

How to move from theory to action, so you can go out into the world and share your heart’s work.
Goal setting and support to help you set a date for your first event so that you can bring your vision to life.

ABOUT ABI OSHO

Abi is a Visibility Coach, Author, Speaker, and an award-winning circle retreat facilitator. She has led over 25 retreats across the UK and in Africa.

One of her gifts is the ability to deeply connect with each individual member of the circle and hold sacred space whilst they feel comfortable in sharing their most vulnerable stories.

She has the ability to weave groups of people together so that it feels like they have known each other for a lifetime, after only an hour of meeting.

Abi was featured as the lead retreat facilitator in the award-winning “White Nanny Black Child” shown on Channel 5. This documentary won the prestigious Royal Television Society Award (RTS) and has recently won the 2024 BAFTA in the Special Factual cateory.

Stepping into Circle leadership is a journey of inner and outer transformation.

Connecting in its simplicity, and unsettling in its complexity, holding space for a group of people takes skill, compassion & courage.

The facilitator training is designed to give you the practical and emotional tools to step into Circle leadership and design your very own Circle to offer out to your community.

Our framework combines the crucial aspects of Circle creation, design & facilitation skills with the emotional, energetic & intuitive, ensuring you are not only practically ready to lead Circle, but that you have a robust emotional toolkit.

This is a 16 week programme, live classes are held online every two weeks, this will consist of a blend of teaching, training, and Q&A sessions.

You will have felt them in your bones, integrated them into your heart and experienced the transformative power of Circle space first hand, so you can take this beautiful work forward full of knowledge, confidence, and with the power of community behind you.
