Wow, I knew that I would find this an emotional read, but I hadn’t quite prepared myself for just how emotional Abi’s journey had been. I think that she is so brave to write about her life in this way, it’s a true and very inspirational read. – Rosalyn 

I’m not sure where to start, I had no idea that private fostering even existed and my parents are of Nigerian heritage. I experienced a range of emotions whilst reading this book. In fact I read it in 3 days. It taught me about her life – one of endurance and resilience. It’s a must read.  – Bumni
