Abi Osho
I am a Visibility and Leadership Coach, BAFTA Award Winning Retreat Creator, Author, and Speaker.,I am passionate about empowering heart-inspired female leaders who are already making a difference in their lives and their communities. We are here on this planet to understand more about ourselves and our soul purpose. This life is ours to lead, yet sometimes we face significant challenges that can knock us off our path of expansion.
Overcoming Challenges
From the age of 5 weeks old, all of my formative years were spent in private foster care in Sussex with a white working– class family. My life experience had it’s challenges and it’s blessings. I learned throughout my journey, that challenges can feel traumatic, leaving us uncertain about how to move forward and let go. However, healing old wounds, loving myself enthusiastically, and creating a new story for my unique life are the first signs of my readiness to embody all of my personal power.

Where I Am Now
For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with many incredible women, each on their unique journey of growth and transformation. Throughout this time, I have learned that the more I am willing to share of myself, the more effectively I can support my community.
Embracing Vulnerability
Healing my own heart is still a daily practice. By being vulnerable and sharing my truth, I can hold my clients deeply in their own healing journeys. Encouraging them to see and feel the power of letting go of what no longer serves them, so that they can connect deeply with their next level of love and leadership.

Being deeply devoted to this service has not only empowered the women I work with, this has also profoundly impacted my own life. It has helped me become a better mother, wife, and friend, enriching my relationships and spiritual growth
Trust In the Transformation
My life has completely transformed, I’m so blessed to work with and support incredible black women and men on their own journey of transition, I get to travel to Africa, creating Sista retreats, sourcing indigenous African oils, and connecting spiritually with people across the world. I have time to surround myself with the ancestral tranquillity of nature, all over the world. I no longer feel overwhelmed or undervalued, I’m fully aligned with the vibrational frequency that expands my heart-felt abilities to be of service to my community and the world. I’ve never looked back.
